quick time 64 bit

I’ve been waiting for Apple to catch up and produce a 64Bit version of Quicktime ever since I upgraded to 64Bit Windows (32Bit is still bugged running on x64 and there’s still no controls with the web version).This means Apple already owns a 64 bit Quick Time ?
